It's recommended to water in the morning and evening to prevent evaporation during high temperatures. Additionally, a programmable sprinkler can be a helpful investment for efficient watering
When is the optimal time to mow a newly sodded lawn, and what precautions should be taken?
Mowing should occur after the 18th day of sod installation, avoiding winter periods. Use a push mower for the first few times to prevent crushing during the lawn's early stages. Ensure not to mow more than one-third of the grass blade, as cutting too close can hinder root development. Reduce watering frequency before mowing to allow the soil to regain strength, and avoid foot traffic on the lawn to protect fragile roots
